The single user wharfs and the automatic facilities stimulate the development of the port industry directly. Presently, the 2-million-ton soybean oil project, which is the biggest port project of the Dandong City being operated, has achieved 1-million-ton productivity. It completed over 5 billion Yuan general income in 2010. In 2011, the general income will surpass 10 billion Yuan, after arriving at the full productivity.

By the year of 2013, the No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 Dock Basins at the Dadonggou Port Area will have been fully finished; 40 high-grade, large capacity and multi-function berths will have been completed; and the harbor capacity will have arrived at 0.1 billon tons.
